Another quality job completed by RPT Building & Maintenance ✅

Two weeks ago, we built these retaining walls, and this week we returned to render them using a two-coat render system reinforced with fiberglass mesh for extra strength and durability. To finish, we installed sleek Kota black coping stones for a modern, clean look.

Another driveway transformation in the books! 🙌
This project involved laying a brand new tegula block paved driveway to create a clean, low-maintenance finish, and we then built strong retaining walls to frame the space. Next step – rendering the walls and topping them off with coping stones for that perfect polished look 👌

Another client happy 😁 after we carried out improvement works to their existing wall, providing both structural protection and a high-quality decorative finish.

• Supplied and laid coping stones to the top of the existing wall. This was done to provide a durable, weather-resistant finish that prevents water ingress and prolongs the life of the structure.
• Prepared the wall surface to ensure proper adhesion.
• Applied a two-coat render system to the face of the wall.
• Incorporated a fibreglass mesh between coats to strengthen the render, reduce the risk of cracking, and enhance long-term durability.

WOW what a difference!!

The area had been left neglected for quite some time, leading to an overgrowth of weeds, grass, and unwanted vegetation. This not only made the space look untidy but also concealed the existing plants and features.

Our team carried out a full clearance and clean-up of the site. Using strimmers, we carefully cut back and removed all the unwanted growth while ensuring that existing plants and natural features were preserved and brought back into view.

As a result, the area now looks much cleaner, well-maintained, and easier to manage going forward. The existing plants have been exposed and given room to thrive, while the space as a whole now feels more open, tidy, and inviting.

Here we have just completed a refurbishment project for a client who had concerns about trip hazards across their patio area. The space measured approximately 240m² and was finished in 450x450 Milford Buff slabs.

To ensure safety and restore the patio’s appearance, we carefully lifted and relaid every slab, eliminating any uneven surfaces. Once relaid, we gave the entire area a thorough pressure wash, bringing out the natural tones of the Milford Buff and leaving the patio looking fresh, clean, and just as good as new.

The result is a safer, revitalized outdoor space that not only meets our client’s practical needs but also enhances the overall look of their property.
