My name's Jo, and I'm 52 years old, with 3 grown up children who no longer live with us, and 4 grandchildren. I have a current Paediatric First Aid Certificate, and I've undertaken training in Safeguarding Children, and delivering The Early Years Foundation Stage, which guides the provision for children’s development and learning in the early years. The care and education offered by my setting wil

l help children to learn about the world around them by providing purposeful and fun play activities that are appropriate for the age and stage of development of the children. I live with my husband on the Welbeck Estate, in a lovely quiet and safe hamlet. The property is spacious and has a large, secure garden, providing loads of opportunity for playing outside in the fresh air, and walks in the surrounding countryside. We have a vegetable patch in the garden, where the children can pick the fresh vegetables for lunch.
