Are your photographs safe on Facebook? Not for long! See this article, Facebooks new policy state they have all rights to your images and can use them or sell them as they wish with no payment to you! Yes, that includes the cute photo of your daughter or son on the beach you shared with your friends, the beautiful wedding photo of you, the photo of a cup of coffee.... Every single shot! Comes into force in January. The only way to opt out is deleting your account or all your photographs before the policy is enforced. The begining of the end?

In its first big policy shift since Facebook bought the photo-sharing site, Instagram claims the right to sell users' photos without payment or notification. Oh, and there's no way to opt out. Read this article by Declan McCullagh on CNET News.
