Stage 4 — The System. Less than 3% get here.

It’s systematic but you have to have awareness first .

There are 4 stages every online coach and service provider goes through on the way to real freedom.

Most never make it past Stage 2.

Not because they’re not good enough.

Because they don’t know what stage they’re actually in or what it costs to stay there.

Stage 1 is where everyone starts. No day off. No system. Just you running hard enough that it doesn’t collapse.

Stage 2 you are making money. But a voice in your head saying this should feel more free than it does. You probably convince yourself you are free only to return to a mountain of work after a day off.

Stage 3 is what Stage 2 becomes if you don’t fix the one thing.

The business earns but it cannot let you leave.

Good income. Life sentence.

Most people are having the wrong debate.

Content versus cold outreach.

Both work. Eventually. But most people starting out aren’t sharp at either. So you’re just picking between two ways to waste six months.

The fastest path to a paying client isn’t a content strategy. It’s not a cold email sequence. It’s not a personal brand.

It’s a conversation with someone who already trusts you.

Old colleagues. Past clients. The person who said “we should work together sometime” and actually meant it. People who already know your value and have never been directly asked.

You don’t need to convince them. They already think you’re capable.

When I learnt how to fill my calendar I realised it was just simple maths. Or what I refer to as opportunity volume.

You need a certain number of opportunities to book a call and a certain number of booked calls to make a sale.

Some people are better then others but this is about learning how to create the opportunity FIRST and then improve the skill set SECOND.
