Give or take a couple of days, Albion Planning is celebrating its first anniversary.

The first 8 months were great and I was well placed to hit my targets for the year. For obvious reasons, the last 4 months have been a little more ‘challenging’. A number of my clients have had to shelve their projects, but the green shoots of recovery are poking through and I’ve now got some interesting schemes on the go or in the pipeline.

More important than any monetary rewards, I’ve really enjoyed being my own boss and the much improved work/life balance......and the short ‘commute’! I know I’ve said it before, but if you’re thinking about going it alone, I can thoroughly recommend it. I wish I’d been in a position to do it years ago.

Finally I’d just like to take this opportunity to thank all of my clients. It’s been great working with you.

Following the latest advice from the government on the Coronavirus, I would just like to reassure my clients that Albion Planning continues to be open for business.

Whilst I am following the government’s guidance on self-isolation, I remain dedicated to working on your projects.

I will continue my normal practice of working from home, minimising the need for travel and any social contact. Rather than attending any face to face meetings, conference call facilities will be used, where necessary and appropriate.

Planning permission secured by Albion Planning.

We are excited to be making some improvements to Vespasian House!

🔴 The existing porch will become enclosed with glass side panels and a glass door to create an entrance lobby
🔴 There will be a new entrance to the existing car park from Barrack Road
🔴 A new loading bay will be created and the existing ten parking spaces will be reorganised
🔴 Two new cycle racks will be erected
🔴 Improvements will be made to landscaping for the area
