I am a fully qualified and registered Nutritional Therapist in Worthing West Sussex
Initial consultations take between 60-90 minutes. During the consultation I will take a detailed health history of your past and present health and well-being, family history and your current health goals. Prior to the initial consultation you will be sent a health and lifestyle questionnaire and a food diary which

will need to be completed and returned to me at least 3 days before the consultation. Your personalised nutritional plan will be emailed to you 3-5 days after the initial consultation. Additional testing maybe required in some cases, these tests can usually be done at home and sent directly to the lab

Follow up consultations are usually 4-6 weeks after the initial consultation where we can make any necessary adjustments and monitor your progress.
