Our teams are out in force this week supporting events, venues, businesses, and clients across Sussex, London, and the surrounding areas.

From Event Security and Crowd Management to Mobile Response, Site Patrols, Door Supervision, and our specialist K-9 Units, we’re committed to keeping people, property, and events safe.

Yesterday we had the privilege to deploy two security officers to the Charlood village family fun day, where we provided first aid and and security services.

Fortunately throughout the event we did not need to respond to any medical concerns or security issues and only had to assist with one little lady who got misplaced from her mumma.(swiftly located and reunited)

What a great day it was to hold such an event the weather was outstanding and the organisers and public who attended are absolutely amazing.

We will see you next year.

Last Saturday, 23rd May 2026, Opfor Security Services was proud to provide a full security team for an 18+ House Music Event hosted by H&J Entertainment.

Our experienced team delivered security coverage throughout the 10-hour event, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for performers, staff, and guests from start to finish.

🐺🛡️ A Huge Thank You to Watermill Wolves! 🛡️🐺

Over the weekend at the Battle of Lewes 2026, the Opfor Security Services team had the privilege of not only helping keep thousands of visitors safe but also spending time with the incredible team at Watermill Wolves.

It was an amazing experience getting up close with these beautiful hybrid wolves, learning more about them, and even having the opportunity to walk them alongside their handlers. A massive thank you to the Watermill Wolves team for their hospitality and for allowing our staff to share such a unique and unforgettable experience.

This year’s event marked our third consecutive year providing security and event support for the Battle of Lewes. Our SIA-licensed team delivered crowd safety, traffic management, parade support, market security, and protection of the safety zones during the battle re-enactments, ensuring everyone could enjoy the event safely.

We’re proud to have worked alongside so many fantastic organisations and volunteers who helped make the weekend such a success.

What an incredible weekend at the Battle of Lewes 2026!

For the third year running, OPFOR Security Services were proud to be entrusted with providing security and safety support for one of Sussex’s most iconic historical events. 🛡️

Throughout the weekend, our SIA-licensed team worked across the event to ensure the safety of visitors, traders, performers and re-enactors, while helping the event run smoothly from start to finish.

Our responsibilities included:

🚓 Response Team Operations
🚦 Traffic Management & Road Closures
🚶 Escorting and supporting the historic parade through Lewes
⚔️ Securing safety zones during live battle re-enactments
👥 Crowd Management and Public Safety
🛍️ Market Security and Theft Prevention
🛡️ Protection of re-enactors and event participants
✅ Providing reassurance and assistance to the public throughout the event

From the streets of Lewes to the battlefields themselves, our team remained professional, vigilant and approachable at all times, helping to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone involved.

One of the highlights of the weekend was spending time with the incredible wolves that were part of the event — a unique experience our team won’t forget anytime soon! 🐺

A huge thank you to the organisers, volunteers, traders, re-enactors and members of the public who helped make this year’s event another fantastic success.

We’re already looking forward to returning next year.

Following the recent increase in the UK national threat level from Substantial to Severe, we want to reassure our clients and the public that OpFor Security Services is taking all necessary steps to ensure safety across all sites.

A “Severe” threat level means an incident is highly likely, and as a result, we have enhanced our security measures, including:
