cancellation within 7 days No Charge
Cancellation within 48hrs 50% of final invoice unless re-booked
Cancellation within 24hrs or on day of appointment 100% of final invoice unless rebooked
Cash on completion/debit/credit card. Bacs transfer by prior arrangement, (late payment fee £5 per day)
whilst every effort is made to remove all household stains we reserve the right to charge extra for certain problem stains and spots, Paint/oil/wax/grease/varnish/make up/red wine . We use a system of healthy home products and is designed to service homes of people that have allergies or wish their families from becoming allergic. Our cleaning products have been tested and proven to be environmentally safe for humans, babies, pets and plants, and can and should be used as a regular maintenance program. Our typical standard service cleans have a 7 step process;

Agitation of carpet to release dirt,
Hot water extraction cleaning using bactericidal and algaecidal solution which is P.h.
