• Full exterior inspection — check seals, vents, windows, rooflights and look for damp or pests.
• Safety equipment check — smoke/CO alarms, extinguisher dates, first‑aid kit.
• Paperwork review — insurance, service history, towing cover, memberships.

• Exterior wash — roof first, then sides; remove black streaks.
