my ideal referral is a business owner who requires assistance with obtaining a sponsor license

make sure they listen to the member mentors and concentrate on obtaining advise they may have to offer

I wanted to meet up with like minded individuals, business can be a lonely place and being a member of BNI helps with that

A major contract, a new facility, a future development or a complex idea that people need to understand properly, these are the moments to think of Allan McPhail and Helidragon.

In his ten minute presentation at BNI Enterprise, Allan showed how video can become a genuine business asset, helping companies prove their capability, showcase their plans and win new work.

A great 10 minute presentation from Lee Charles Whitworth at A&E Training Ltd.

It shows that Lee is a proud advocate of BNI, and it is easy to see why. He puts real care into the people around him, whether that is fellow Enteprise members, clients, delegates, or the wider community.

That same care comes through in the training A&E Training deliver.
Their work covers areas including first aid, health and safety, food hygiene, allergy awareness, Driver CPC and mental health training.

What stood out most was the depth behind it, as it's not box ticking training. Their sessions are designed to be realistic, practical and memorable, using carefully and safely curated situational scenarios that help people understand what to do when real situations happen.

Immigration law is one of those areas where proper advice really matters. The rules can be complex, the process can be stressful, and getting it wrong can have a serious impact on individuals, families and businesses.

Louise Edwards gave us a clear insight into the work Edwards Immigration do, supporting people with UK immigration, asylum, human rights and British nationality matters.

What also stood out was Louise’s own professional journey. After completing her LLB law degree in 2012, building her firm and developing years of specialist experience in immigration law, she recently returned to Teesside University and completed her LLM Legal Practice.
It says a lot about her commitment to the profession, her clients and continuing to develop her expertise.

What came across strongly was not just the legal knowledge, but the care, clarity and resilience behind the work. These are often life changing matters for clients, and having the right person in your corner makes a real difference.

The last BNI Enterprise Visitors Day brought 50+ businesses into the room, that's a great opportunity for quality networking and to showcase your business.

On Thursday 23rd July, we are doing it again at Sky Bar, Teesside International Airport.

Every week, 34+ local business people meet at BNI Enterprise to build relationships, pass opportunities, and support each other’s growth.

On average, the chapter passes over 150 referrals every month.

Since BNI Enterprise began, members have passed over 30,000 referrals, generating over £42 million of business.

In the last six months alone, over £1 million of business has been passed between members.
