At dragonfly, I understand the importance of a healthy diet!

A balanced diet can -
✨Help us manage existing health conditions, such as diabetes and high cholesterol
✨Keep clients fuller for longer between visits
✨Improve mood! Good food is good for the soul!
✨Provides your body with all the nutrients it needs
✨Improve energy levels and aid with recovery from falls and illness

I often cook home made, fresh meals for my clients, allowing them the choice of what they’d like to eat. I can assist with the shopping for ingredients, preparation, and cooking of meals, or simply prepare a quick microwave dinner if that’s your preference!
