If you get into trouble in the water, remember:

Float to Live. 💙

If you fall in or become tired, stay calm, float on your back, and call for help. If someone else is in trouble, throw them something that floats.

How to float:
• Tilt your head back to keep your airway clear
• Keep your ears submerged in the water
• Relax and focus on your breathing
• Spread your arms and legs to stay balanced
• Gently move your hands and feet if needed

This week we shine a light on our service which is fitting for Royal Life Saving Society UK - RLSS UK's
For the remainder of the Summer Term we are offering FREE Water Safety Educational Workshops to Secondary Schools within a 10 mile radius of Yateley ahead of the Summer Holidays.
These workshops will cover;
- Dangers & Hazards of Open Water
- Cold Water Shock
- How to speak up when out with friends if something doesn't feel safe.
