Do guests really want you waiting at the door when they arrive?
You've spent hours getting your holiday property ready, everything is spotless, the heating is on and the welcome basket is waiting.
Then the guests hit traffic on the A303, their arrival time keeps changing and suddenly you're spending your Friday evening waiting around to hand over a set of keys.
