Office design, manufacture, fitout, M&E, supply, fire risk and certification - 90k project. ECS Solutions was tasked with creating an office from a blank space to house up to 40 staff to allow future growth. The main focus was to create a space staff want to work and socialise in. We did this via a soft divide R&R space in the middle section of the space with dining facilities and multimedia. Due to the office upgrade we were also tasked with supply and manufacture of all custom desks, tables and fencing. All items in the office including fish tanks, lighting, coffee machines, furniture, cookware, electronics, lockers, were sourced through our sister company ECS Wholesale. ECS Solutions also used our other sister company Harrogate Handmade to create custom desks, custom fencing, custom tables, marble side tables and console tables and movable desks which will follow in a collab post. Amazing project to complete and thanks to our new in-house design team who gave our client a 3D visual of the office. Also thanks to our client who was extremely accommodating around a tough build with all noise to be made outside of a 9-5 window, to allow others in the building to continue working. ECS Solutions works towards BREEAM and strongly focuses on the environment. This includes recycling all materials where possible rather than using skip hire. We have also donated to the to offset our carbon footprint due to the timber used and travelling completed ✅
