What do we pay for in staff?
I've been thinking about this recently and for me, its between experience, qualifications and confidence.
And if I was pushed for one of the three, I'd have to go for confidence.
This may sound mad but you can have confidence in somebody that doesn't have the or you've advertised, but if do don't have the in somebodies capabilities, then you wouldn't them to do the job.
I even think that after a certain point in our , it becomes the selling of ourselves that comes above most other factors in .
