Another day, another great networking event!

Last week Lily Foster, Michelle Mook and Nicola Ibison headed over to the East Yorkshire Expo for a fantastic day of networking, catching up with familiar faces and making some great new connections along the way.

Events like these are always a brilliant opportunity to showcase the amazing work we do here at Pro-Development, learn more about other local businesses and share ideas with like-minded professionals.

On Monday, we came together for our quarterly 90-Day Planning Session, taking time to reflect, celebrate and plan for the months ahead.

We started the day with a great session from Melissa Latham, exploring how our new CRM system can support our day-to-day work.

We then reviewed updates from the last quarter and celebrated some fantastic client feedback. It's always rewarding to hear how Pro-Development has helped make a positive difference to individuals, teams and businesses.

A huge congratulations to Lily Foster, our Quarterly Values Champion! Lily was recognised for consistently demonstrating our values and making a positive impact across the business. After spinning the wheel, she won a garden centre gift card and is already planning to use it for Christmas decorations!
