Mental Health Awareness Month gives us an important opportunity to have conversations, raise awareness, and reflect and we really hope you did just that this month... but when it comes to workplace wellbeing, action shouldn’t begin and end in May... it should be at the forefront of your workplace culture at all times.

This year’s theme, Take Action, is a powerful reminder that supporting mental health at work requires more than good intentions. It means creating workplaces where people feel safe to speak up, managers are equipped to spot when someone may be struggling, and wellbeing is embedded into everyday culture - not treated as a once-a-year initiative.

Poor mental health can affect confidence, performance, relationships, attendance, and overall business success but proactive support can make an incredible difference to both individuals and organisations.
