We’re looking to welcome a new team member within our Production team into the role of Production Technician. You’ll work as part of our highly skilled, friendly and customer focussed Production team to assemble and test our filters which protect and connect people around the world. This is a shift-based role working earlies and lates on alternate weeks.

High power counter-IED systems can swamp the ability to receive vital situational awareness data and eliminate the possibility of any communication outside the ECM system range. The need to liberate some of the spectrum in this C-IED environment is often when assets are at their most vulnerable.The ECM Deconfliction Module and Enhanced Preselector are designed to be used in unison, with the Deconfliction Unit placed between an ECM system and its antenna. The companion Enhanced Preselector is positioned between the radio and its antenna to protect against desensitisation from the ECM emissions and maximising communications resilience & range.

You may have a chance to see these Deconfliction Units or discuss them with our experts at an upcoming trade show. MPG will be exhibiting at SDSC in the United Kingdom next week and AOC 2024 from December 11-13 in Maryland.

At the heart of our mission of Connecting and Protecting People® within our communities, MPG is proud to feature one of our employees from BSC Filters Ltd, Sam Hardgrave. On September 14th, Sam along with his family and friends will take on the Macmillan Northumberland Mighty Hike – a challenging 26-mile coastal walk from Alnwick to Bamburgh, and no pub stops along the way!

Sam’s participation is deeply personal. He is walking in support of his aunt, who currently is undergoing treatment, and in memory of his friends and family members. With his loved ones and loyal dog by his side, Sam is aiming to raise £1500 for Macmillan Cancer Support, an organization that provides crucial care and assistance to people affected by cancer.
