Has been a pleasure mixing the audio for this for my drumming Papa. Now the pandemic is mostly over, they should be performing at a gig near you very soon! Their first ever gig was actually booked for the week after the first lockdown was announced. After 3 years of effort from my Dad, pulling the band together, finding new members, getting rehearsals in place, etc, their first gig was inevitably cancelled, but they're gearing up for some gigs now finally!

Created March 2022 each part recorded in the studio live and placed together to create this video production.

Has been a pleasure to have been involved in the production of this track, including the last minute step in to play guitar. My two plugin recommendations off the back of this production were Fab Filter Pro Q3 and Waves sound shifter. I really couldn't have achieved this outcome without them! Soundshifter is the smoothest pitch shifter I have ever encountered and the dynamic eq aspect of pro Q3 helped at both the mix and master stage. Thanks again Libby for getting me involved!

Absolute pleasure to have worked on this! Originally a free track for purchasing the EP, now released as a single, it’s no longer a secret. When sarah first demoed me the track, this is roughly how I always heard it in my head. Very pleased with how it came out. I actually originally was just tinkering around with it, put some guitars onto the original recording and then it started shaping into it’s own thing. So I completed it and sent her it over as a surprise.

Houses (Remix) is a reimagined version of the song from 2015's saddest EP 'In Twenty Years We Won't Be Sad', and now with only 15 years to go until all that sadness is erased.

With a little help from my wonderful producer, musician and friend Stephen Craven at SkuMedia, this has become a JAM.

'Houses' was written about my time living in Birmingham, the feeling of isolation and the impact this had on my mental health. I'm very pleased to be able to share this track with you and I'm very grateful to Steve for all his hard work bringing it to life. Also a massive thank you to Becka Crozier for doing the artwork for this track, it looks incredible!

As it is Bandcamp Friday, purchases are not subject to the usual fees and so I will be donating all proceeds from the sale of this to Reading Red Kitchen, a grassroots collective and solidarity project who provide hot meals, clothes and important items such as phones and toiletries to asylum seeking migrants in Reading.
