Repair of the week:
Great to be able to bring this Pro-Ject Rpm1 Carbon modular belt-drive turntable back to life for a new customer. The tonearm wasn't behaving properly and wasnt reaching the end of the record. The closer it moved to the middle, the stiffer it became until it stopped, about 1 cm before the end of the record. This was a strange issue but after slightly dismantling the tonearm mechanism and giving it a good clean and re-lubrication, checking the bearings and then putting it back together it began behaving well again.
