Additionally we have recently updated gigabit capable broadband installed in the building. The added benefits of renting an office at our centre are the minimum stay requirement of three months and the fact that there are no legal costs or long leases involved. A licence agreement, which sets out the terms and conditions of the centre, together with a deposit is all that is required. Reception staff are available from 0900 - 1700 hours during the week to answer your calls, exclusively in your company name and in your absence forwarding calls to you and your colleagues. Secretarial support is also on hand and is charged at an hourly rate, if required. We have various sized meeting rooms from 1-2 person size up to 20 people in various layouts which are available to hire on a daily, half-daily or hourly rate. we also offer hot-desking in a shared workspace room.
