We have been so pleased with the care Fern has given my Father in Law. He is extremely well looked after, always clean and presentable. He really appreciates her support and chatter, she has obviously built a good relationship with him.

Fern has been looking after my dad for about 6 months and he thinks she’s fantastic. She gets him out of bed everyday and helps him get washed. She makes sure he changes his clothes and washes his bedding too. She makes his breakfast and makes sure he takes his medication. Considering my dad didn’t want help, he now admits he couldn’t manage without her. It also gives me piece of mind as I don’t live close to him. Thank you Fern, you are a star ⭐️ xx

Working as a carer Fern has always showed the upmost kindness and compassion. Fern is very reliable and professional in everything that she does. Fern is always helpful and willing to offer suggestions that have benefited Mum, and this has been greatly appreciated.
