Job Summary
We are looking for an analytical, driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help lead our partnerships and business forward. The ideal candidate should attract and secure business, as well as develop relationships and new business opportunities that provide profitable results.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a personal strategy to grow long-term business, and achieve assigned sales goals as well as revenue goals.
- Understand business goals, anticipate future needs, and help determine ideal solutions for business growth.
- Lead landscape analysis and relationship building for new partnerships.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders both internally and externally regarding product strategy, market trends, technology, and pricing with the intent of driving business expansion.
-Develop strong relationships across the organization to better market and drive sales.
-Self-manage sales flow through Bullhorn CRM
-Produce stellar sales presentations and other collateral.
-Preparing action plans, gathering data and schedules to identify target market.
-Preparing and maintaining master report of entire activities, which includes daily activities, leads, follow-up, closings, future prospects and adherence goals.
-Cold Calling, Visiting Clients, Business Networking, generating leads using Business Relationship and Business Intelligence Tool.
- Monthly reporting to the GM on the tasks accomplished.
- Responsible for directing and supervising the Business Development Executive who will assist in executing the business development strategies and tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
-A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
-3+ years of years of experience in a business development role Entrepreneurial and excellent at pitching new concepts through impactful business cases that demonstrate meaningful value.
-Proven results in partnerships, including negotiating agreements, navigating complex organizations, onboarding partners, and managing/optimizing ongoing relationships.
-Understanding of market trends, analytics, customer needs and competitive intelligence data.
-Comfortable managing through change and working in a fast-paced environment.
