We are seeking a Business Operations Assistant to support our team!

Key Responsibilities: To assist with the following:
➡️Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence to ensure smooth daily operations.
➡️Vendor and Client Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and clients, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
➡️Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies, including social media management and content creation.
➡️Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring information is easily accessible and up-to-date.
➡️Project Management: Oversee project timelines, track progress, perform duties related to various projects

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirement: Associate's Degree or College Graduate
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Previous experience in marketing is a plus
Preference for candidates with a vehicle
