Nautica LLC, an international crew management company, is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our client portfolio and develop new business opportunities.

📌 Responsibilities

🔹 Identify and approach potential clients
🔹 Establish relationships with key decision makers
🔹 Generate new business opportunities
🔹 Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
🔹 Negotiate and secure new contracts

🎯 Requirements

🔹 Proven experience in business development or B2B sales
🔹 Strong communication and negotiation skills
🔹 Ability to identify and approach new clients
🔹 Fluent English
🔹 Experience in the maritime industry is an advantage but not required
