The founder and the owner of the company is the descendant of Zakaria Jorjadze. Today the company receives and processes the varieties of grapes - Rkatsiteli, Mtsvane, Saperavi which grow in the local micro zone (Eniseli, Shilda, Gremi). The winery’s maximal capacity allows to process 2000-2500 tons of grapes. Dry red and white and sparkling wines are produced here. A part of dry white wine produced at the winery is intended for the extraction of cognac spirits, as the micro zone of this region is famous for its brandy obtained by means of subsequent ageing.
