მეღვინეობა „ჩელთის“ ამბავი მე-20 საუკუნიდან იწყება. 1900-იან წლებში მირიანაშვილების წინაპრებმა სოფელ შილდაში იმ დროისათვის ერთ-ერთი დიდი ღვინის მარანი სწორედ აქ ააშენეს და ღვინის დაწურვაც ტრადიციად ასე აქციეს.

მას მერე მეღვინეობა-მევენახეობა მირიანაშვილების ოჯახისთვის განუყოფელი საქმიანობაა.

რატომ სოფელი შილდა? შილდაში ის უნიკალური მიკროზონა იქმნება, რაც ასე სჭირდება

საფერავის ჯიშის ყურძენს: ერთ მხარეს მუდამ დათოვლილი კავკასიონი, მეორე მხარეს კი მდინარე ჩელთის ქანები და ბოლოს, კახეთის ჩვეული ცხელი, თაკარა მზე - ეს ის კომბინაციაა, რომლითაც ყურძნის მარცვლებში შაქრისა და მჟავიანობის იდეალური ბალანსი იქმნება.

დღეს „მეღვინეობა ჩელთის“ ბრენდს კარგად იცნობენ საზღვარგარეთ: აშშ, კანადა, გერმანია, იაპონია , რუსეთი, ინგლისი, ლატვია, ბელარუსი, ჩინეთი, ყაზახეთი.

„ჩელთიში“ თანამედროვე და ტრადიციული მეთოდების: ქვევრის, მუხის კასრის, ცისტერნისა და ბოთლში დავარგების ტექნოლოგიების შერწყმით იღებენ განუმეორებელ გემოსა და არომატს.

In the 1900s, the ancestors of Mirianashvili have built one of the largest wine cellars at that time in the village of Shilda. Since then, winemaking and wine growing has become an essential activity for the Mirianashvili family. In Shilda, a unique micro-zone is created, which is exactly what Saperavi grapes need: the snow-capped Caucasus on one side, the rocks of the Chelti River on the other one, and at last the usual hot, heat-wave sun of Kakheti - this is the combination that creates the perfect balance of sugar and acidity in grape grains. Today, the "Chelti Winery" brand is well known abroad: USA, Canada, Germany, Japan, Russia, England, Latvia, Belarus, China, Kazakhstan. In "Chelti" by combining modern and traditional methods: Qvevri, oak barrel, stainless steel and bottle aging technologies they get a unique taste and aroma. In 2019, the “Saperavi Qvevri” of the winery "Chelti" was named among the 20 best wines in the world.

მეღვინეობა ჩელთი წარმოდგენილი იყო საერთაშორისო ღვინის გამოფენაზე “Vinexpo America” 2026, რომელიც მაიამიში გაიმართა. გამოფენის ფარგლებში გვქონდა შესაძლებლობა შევხვედროდით ღვინის ინდუსტრიის პროფესიონალებს, პარტნიორებსა და ადგილობრივი ბაზრის მნიშვნელოვან წარმომადგენლებს.

აღნიშნული გამოფენა ჩელთის საერთაშორისო განვითარების კიდევ ერთი მნიშვნელოვანი ეტაპი გახდა. დღეს ჩელთის ღვინოები უკვე წარმატებით იყიდება მასაჩუსეთსა და აშშ-ის ოთხ შტატში. უახლოეს მომავალში ვგეგმავთ გაფართოებას ამერიკის კიდევ რამდენიმე შტატში.

Chelti Winery in the U.S. Market

Chelti Winery was proudly represented at the international wine exhibition “Vinexpo America” 2026 in Miami, where we had the opportunity to connect with wine professionals, industry partners, and key representatives of the local wine market.

The exhibition marked another important milestone in Chelti’s international growth journey. Chelti wines are currently represented in Massachusetts and four additional U.S. states, where they are being sold successfully. Building on this momentum, we are actively planning to expand into several more states in the near future.

Our goal is to establish a strong presence and position Chelti within one of the world’s most competitive and prestigious wine markets.

მეღვინეობა ჩელთი მილანის ღვინის კვირეულზე 2025 🍷

„მეღვინეობა ჩელთი“-მ მონაწილეობა მიიღო მილანის ღვინის კვირეულში, რომელიც გაიმართა 4–14 ოქტომბერს. ღონისძიებაზე წარმოვადგინეთ ჩვენი ღვინოები და გავაზიარეთ ღვინის ქვევრში დაყენების უძველესი ქართული ტრადიცია.
ასევე ჩავატარეთ მასტერკლასი, რომელმაც ერთ სივრცეში გააერთიანა სომელიეები, ღვინის პროფესიონალები და მოყვარულები მთელი იტალიიდან.

ჩელთის ღვინოებმა დიდი მოწონება დაიმსახურა იტალიაში, და უკვე მრავალი წამყვანი იტალიური რესტორანი გეგმავს ქართული ღვინოების დამატებას საკუთარ მენიუში.

Chelti Winery at Milano Wine Week 2025 🍷

Chelti Winery was proud to be part of Milano Wine Week 2025, held from October 4–14, where we presented our wines at a dedicated booth and shared the ancient Georgian tradition of Qvevri winemaking.
We also hosted a masterclass that brought together sommeliers, wine professionals, and enthusiasts from across Italy to experience the depth and character of our wines.

Milano welcomed Chelti with warmth and curiosity — our wines were met with great appreciation, and many leading Italian restaurants are now planning to add Georgian wines to their lists.

სიხარულით გვინდა გაგიზიაროთ ჩელთის მორიგი წარმატება გერმანიის ბაზარზე.

გერმანული “Wein+Markt”-ის ღვინის ინდუსტრიის მიმოხილვაში განხილულ 50 საუკეთესო ქართულ ღვინოთა შორის, ყველაზე მაღალი შეფასება წითელი ღვინის კატეგორიაში -93.5 ქულა მეღვინეობა „ჩელთის“ 2019 წლის ქვევრის საფერავს მიენიჭა.

37-ე საერთაშორისო ღვინის ფესტივალზე Mundus Vini-ი ჩელთის 2022 წლის საფერავმა ოქროს მედალი მოიპოვა.

მსგავსი წარმატება გვეხმარება რომ, კიდევ ერთხელ ხაზი გავუსვათ ქართული ღვინის ხარისხს და გავაცნოთ ჩელთი უფრო მეტ ღვინის მოყვარულს მსოფლიო მასშტაბით.
