๐ฅ HR SPACE, a recruitment and organizational development group, is looking for a UI/UX Middle Designer for its partner company.
๐นWorking schedule: MondayโFriday, 10:00โ19:00
๐นWork format: Hybrid (preferably office-based; at least 3 days in the office, 2 days remotely if needed)
๐นLocation: Tbilisi, Chavchavadze
๐นSalary (net): 3000โ5000 GEL

๐ฏ Professional experience:
โข At least 2โ3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (mandatory);
โข Confident working knowledge of Figma, including:Components & Variants; Auto Layout; Styles (colors, typography, grids);Interactive prototyping;
โข Proven experience in independently conducting basic UX research, including:Usability testing; Analysis and synthesis of research findings;
โข Ability to create User flows and wireframes, analyze problems, and make well-argued design decisions;
โข Experience working on SaaS products (applications) โ not websites or landing pages (important);
โข Experience collaborating with a Product team (mandatory);
โข Experience using Notion (preferred);
โข Experience using Miro (preferred);
โข Must have a portfolio preference for a minimalistic design style.
๐ฏ Role and responsibilities:
โข Develop and continuously improve the productโs UI/UX design;
โข Create user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes;
โข Independently plan and conduct basic UX research, including:User interviews; Usability testing;
โข Competitor analysis (understanding not only what competitors do, but why);
โข Analyze problems and make data-informed design decisions;
โข Work in Figma using Components & Variants, Auto Layout, Styles, Typography, Grids, and Prototyping;
โข Collaborate closely with the Product team and other stakeholders;
โข Maintain high standards of design quality;
โข Work in a startup environment with evolving requirements and limited initial briefs;
โข Contribute to defining product settings logic and structure based on user needs and best practices.

โข Detail-oriented (preferably perfectionist);
โข Always oriented toward making the product simpler and more practical;

โข Comfortable in a startup environment with changing conditions and fast pace.
