📍 i am The speaker as the president of the PMI Tbilisi Georgia Chapter at this event. The 10th Art of Projects Conference will take place this year with a number of outstanding speakers from the United States and Hungary.

მსოფლიოს მასშტაბით 2022 წლის 50 ტოპ პროექტის მენეჯერი დასახელდა.

წელს პირველად მსოფლიოს ტოპ მენეჯერებს შორის საქართველოდან მე მოვხვდი. წლევანდელ ნომინაციაში სულ 15 ქალი იყო წარდგენილი.

It is an honour and privilege for me to be an AQ speaker at the 12th intake of the Middle East Leadership Academy (MELA) on February 27.

From February 25 to March 5, new generation leaders from seven Middle Eastern countries to excel their leadership skills.

Participants agreed that AQ must be measured and developed in order to be faster, more effective, and more successful in your career or life.

Some managers believe that putting staff under pressure stimulates them to produce their best job and succeed. They believe that the more demand they put on staff, the work will be done better. This causes staff stress and lowers productivity. Unrelieved stress has various detrimental impacts. It might manifest as physical or emotional symptoms and can have a negative impact on an employee's mental health.

A competent manager should constantly care about his people and try to minimize working stress.

While some work-related stress is unavoidable, managers can take proactive initiatives to lessen workplace stress for their teams. Employees need feedback and to be appreciated, to feel comfortable and less stressed at work. Relationships between managers and workers are built on communication. A productive, tranquil, and enjoyable working atmosphere requires clearly defined job duties, trust, and flexibility.
