Our Partner Company is announcing vacancy for the position of Customer Support Center Operations Supervisor
About the Position:
The CSC Operations Supervisor will plan, execute, and manage the day-to-day operations of the Operations Team to process medical claims using industry-leading software systems in accordance with US laws and Healthcare Industry policies.
Responsibilities:
• Work closely with Executive Director and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures and systems and to follow through with implementation
• Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, selection and hiring
• Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
• Scheduling training for new and existing employees
• Planning, assigning and directing work
• Completing and discussing with employee’s performance appraisals
• addressing employee performance and corrective action plans
• Employee motivation and rewards
• Contributing to the budget discussion in collaboration with the director.
• Acquaint oneself with the fast-track program, suggest areas for improvement and plan accordingly
• Communicate client issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
• Forecast requirements, review workloads and manpower to ensure targets are met
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following and enforcing standards and procedures
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
• Accomplish operations and company mission by completing related results as needed
• Run a safe, injury/accident-free workplace
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
