Otskhanuri Sapere is considered to be west Georgia’s best variety of red grapes that gives wine genuine character, vivid color and balanced sweetness with tannins. Well expressed blast of red berry fruits on the front, good acidity, followed by pepper spice and a smoky finish. After aging wine produces deep and intense aromas and tastes.

Rkatsiteli with quite intense and strong amber color, characterized by classic aromas of tea, Georgian spices, and dried fruits, especially tones of green apples, pine, and quince aromas with flavors of honey. The taste is pleasantly acidic and highlights strong tannins and high alcohol content. Contains sulfites.

Ages very well and have unique taste gradually year to year.

The most widespread Georgian white grape is farmed with biodynamic methodology. Free from pesticides or other artificial substances to maintain its organic DNA composition on its full scale.
