It is clear for everyone the big and special meaning which has tourism for world peoples’s peaceful co-existence. It assists in strengthening of neighbourly policy, social-economical collaboration and dialogue between the cultures. Followed from its geopolitical location and existed natural, historical or cultural resources Georgia possesses huge possibilities. That is why it is important to use profitable possibilities as much as possible, which offers next development of tourism.
Ensuring of human basic right – right of rest, formed inevitability of rest request’s content.
The plan and strategy of Georgian Tourism Development (final account) are collaborated by business-council of USA-Georgia and by SW Associates in 2007.
In 2007 account some questions are defined in detail,for example staff policy and problems and possibilities communicated with it; there are enumerated educational institutions, where is going course about tourism business. There is discussed basic touristic directions and destinations (their short characteristic- positive and negative sides).
Lack of trained personnel and skilled staff.
a. Instructive exchanges with foreign universities for improved preparation and education.
b. Produce popularization of tourism industry necessity in Georgian youth. You should underline temporarily and long-term possibilities of employment ,such is proffesions of guide, hotel staff and management and etc.
Participation in cultural-creative measures assists in development of those abilities between youth,which they will use in during their life for getting job successfully. In spite of this, there are very few researches about Georgian young people’s participation in cultural, creative and entertaining measures.
Sphere descriftion
Guide is tourism branch qualification of business administration’s direction. This proffesion is oriented on service and it means offering high quality service to consumer. According to representated proffesional standard, guide provides tourist program and touristic route implementation collaborated for tourists with plenipotentiary organization or independently. Guide implements excursional service on whole Georgia scale- in historical and archaeological places, architectural monuments, museums and in other interesting objects. Herewith, guide provides quality control of planned service for tourist group. Guide - represents part of service staff , on which’s qualification depends tour success and country’s representation positively on international arena.
Goal
Georgia has cultural tourism’s tradition and experience of many years. Cultural tourism is justly considered prioritary direction of tourism development. There are following conditions for cultural tourism development in Georgia: 12 thousands monuments - 5 thousands of them protects state; 3 special places carried in UNESKO inventory, 150 museums and much treasure, 102 health resorts and 182 health resort places in attributive and hilly regions, which have great meaning for growing foreign tourists’s interest. As it is known, Georgia named tourism as one of our priorities. It is expected about 2 million tourists arrival in this year. Our goal is to prepare proffesional staff, which which can compete on labour market.
• Proffesional staff preparation in tourism direction;
• Creation of information bank;
• Assisatance in regional development.
Implementable measures:
Project contains 5 phases basis on educational process:
1. From within the following phase it is planned to improve project’s main work version, meetings with intersted state, nongovernmental and commercial organizations.
2. Organizational work:
• Implementation of printing activity ( design, printing , inform in inernet space);
• Final correction of educational methodology based on experts’s recommendations;
• Presentation planning and invitation of organizations interested in project ; project’s presentation
3. Project implementation
• Educational process’s implementation according to stages (estimation of commision after every stage) ;
• Initiate interesting ideas within the limits of educational process ;
• Conduction of regional researches with premeditative programe ;
• Negotiate with international guide association and to foresse their advices
4. Project results’s presentation in Anaklia patriotic camp
5. Assistance of students’s probation participated in project
Additional demandes
Group’s 50% will contain students of educational institutions, which pass on practical trainings.

Pefect knowledge of English and Russian languages

Students’s selection will be conducted by conversation.
Educatiomnal program :
I stage includes theoretical education 144 hours (6 hours in aweek:on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 2 hours a day) + 5 cognitive routes (route will be composed by different topics ) , duration - 4 months. In additional 24 hours will be conduted service + primary medical help.
Excurcion is one of the basic components of contemporary tourism. Excurcion guide’s proffesional work is important for success of agency in tourism. Students must learn following basic topics :
• Excurcion:component parts, properties, classification, themes;
• Excurcion route composition;
• Methods of excurcion’s preparation;
• Thecnics of excurcion conduction;
• Excurcion guide, demand on proffesion
In parallels thoretical part, students must prepare review excurcion.
1. “ Tbilisi – capital of Georgia”
This topic is divided into 8 parts and and it includes 16 hours. After finishing course, they will manage to conduct one review excurcion indefendently.
1. Geography of Tbilisi: physical-geographical location and boundaries, review of relief , fossil, climate, rivers (tributaries of Mtkvari) and lakes, vegetable cover and fauna.
2. Tbilisi history: Tbilisi in IV-X centuries; Tbilisi in XI-XII centuries; late-feudal Tbilisi history and look; Tbilisi XIX century; history of socialist Tbilisi, Tbilisi in poetry.
3. Tbilisi building-up and historical monuments: Tbilisi following plans of Sharden, Vakhushti; foregn travelers’s look about Tbilisi; monuments: Nariyala, Sioni, Anchisxati, “mama daviti”, “qvashveti”, sameba Temple.
4. Architecture of Tbilisi theatres, architecture of Tbilisi dwelling house, architecture of Rutaveli avenue, Tbilisi views, Tbilisi squares, building stones
5. Tbilisi parks: botanical garden, Mushtaidi and children’s railway, Mtatsminda Park, Vake Park, Tbilisi Zoo.
6. The Mtatsminda Pantheon of Writers and Public Figures: symbol of fundamental graves and merit of historical persons.
7. Tbilisi – cultural centre of Georgia: Tbilisi theatres, museums, cultural hearths, Tbilisi statues, tour – “following bas-reliefs.”
8. Tbilisi – Georgia’s industrial, scientific and transport centre: city transport’s types in Tbilisi, Georgia Academy of Science, fundamental industrial places.
2. Study of local lore – “ Georgia and its regions “ : Georgian art
Designated topic is divided into 16 parts and includes 48 hours.
II. After passing I step, as encouragement every student will compose tour for getting etimation – “The Best Cognitive Tour of Georgia”. Authors of 40 works will allot in Georgian regions and will create 8 work groups. Staff: coordinator, 2 investigators.

Agrotourism:
Farm thrift makes base for agrotourism . Fresh air, various flora, beautiful landscapes, natural feed – these conditions are attractive for tourists. Townsman can find there spiritual calmness and balance.
“ Vine route “ students live in the villages,they will look through vine races and vineyards, they will participate in world activities, they will view wine factories, material culture monuments, they will participate in wine-tasting. Students also will search information about means of location in region such as: family type hotels,home-hotels, hotels,nutrition objects. Students will interview from foreign tourists and then they will produce researches.
Following information will about region will give us means to enrich touristic information base, perspective and touristic development.
III step :project’s conclusion part – “Anaklia”
On final stage students will represent presentation of materials worked out beforehand in Anaklia pariotic camp before 200 young people during 10 days. Invited youth will pass short cource in :
• Tourism management
• Primary medical help
• Service +
• Looking through tourism peculiarity
• Functions and duties of touroperator and touragent
Conclusion:
Touristic product has vital cycle. Tourism conception has changed abruptly in last 30 years. Tourism is special because everyone finds what he wants in it. Some of them like mountains, some of them like rivers, or seaside, some of them arranges eaxm to himself. Young persons prefer possibilities of cultural activity, cognition, entertainment and rest.
After finishing I-II stages student will manage manufacture final ability:
Student must manage to carry out corresponding conclusion to stressful, disputed and risky situations ,restraint and ability of adequate action; student must foreknow of actions, analysis of information and selection of right decision; give an reasoned explanation to tourists occasion of problem formation. Guide must have ability to organize and plan work right way; must manage work in group and also independently; must manage planning works, which must be done with leader or with colleagues; coordination of activity with manager, work with partner and helping him; adaptation to changeable environment and to other situations, participation in discussions and make offers.
project result:
These trainings and consultations will help to young students to develop those skills and abilities, which are inevitable for project implementation successfully.
• After finishing III phase, 40 students will be ready to render a servise to tourists in Georgian regions;
• Draw into project 200 students and training of 100 touragent;
• Creates information base and map of united resources on basis of 8 group’s discovered information,which will be accessible for wishers;
• Will be representated presentation of projects collaborated by 8 groups for commercial and noncommercial organizations;
• Conducted research will give us possibility to make following conclusions and practical recommendations with the purpose of development of cultural and agrotourism in Georgia.
