The Nicola's Wine is made from Dzvelshavi and Kakhetian Saferavi grape varieties harvester in the unique Ratcha microzone. The wine is bright medium-ruby colour with gentle tone of cherry and plums. Vine Varieties: Dzvelshavi 50%, Kakhetian Saferavi 50%.

Dry white wine produced by ancient Georgian traditional Qvevri wine-making method. Tsolikouri wine is made from Tsolikouri grape variety harvester in the unique Ratcha microzone. The wine is a bright yellow colour with gentle tones of delicious green and dried apples.
Wine varieties: Tsolikouri: Tsolikouri 100%.

Vine varieties: Aleksandrouli 60%, Mudjuretuli 30% and Kakhetien Saferavi 10%.
