Brain Source International is pleased to announce a vacancy on the position of Accountant for our partner,international FMCG company in Georgia.

Main Responsibilities:
• Preparation and submission VAT Declaration and statistical reports;
• Balance sheet review support;
• Full match with IFRS policies and procedures;
• Collection and filling of original documents;
• Payroll calculation, data and payroll taxes reconciliation between 1C, SAP and tax departments;
• Review received invoices on Revenue Service Portal, communication with internal customers for correct postings in SAP;
• Accounting, processing, calculation and verification of abroad and local business trips, verification of submitted primary documents for advance reports, correct display of business expenses in SAP;
• Compliance with corporate, accounting and tax accounting.

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Finance, accounting or controlling
• Experience in working in a multi-cultural environment, with cross-functional teams;
• Preferably a background in FMCG;
• Analytical skills with proven ability to meet deadlines and result orientation;
• Intermediate knowledge of English and Russian languages is enough;
• Knowledge of 1C, MS Word, MS excel, MS PowerPoint, Revenue Service Portal, SAP.

Brain Source International is pleased to announce a vacancy on the position of Customer Relations Specialist, for our partner, large pharmaceutical European company in Georgia.

Main Responsibilities:

• Processing, controlling and monitoring orders and supplying co-stocks and contract distributor,considering demand and payment morale of the customer;
• Does active stock management, pays attention to regular stock reports;
• Optimising the level of inventories in co-stocks and observing of products` expiry dates permanently;
• Provides the necessary documents for dispatch (import licences);
• Solves all problems arising with co-stocks and customs;
• Stay in personal contact with customers permanently and solve all problems arising with distributors;

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration or extensive experience in the working area;
• Preferable CR experience with strong analytical skills;
• Hard working person with high sense of responsibility;
• Strong knowledge of Excel;
• Knowledge of SAP would be a plus;
• Good knowledge of English and Russian languages is a must;
