საქართველოში, მეღვინეობა-მევენახეობის წარმოშობის და განვითარების უძველეს ტერიტორიაზე, კახეთის რეგიონის გამორჩეულ ადგილას სიღნაღში, მდებარეობს ადგილი სადაც აშენდა კომპანია შპს „ტრადიციული“-ს მარანი, ტერიტორია სპეციალურად შეირჩა ნიადაგის მიხედვით და აკმაყოფილებს იმ უნიკალურ მოთხოვნებს რაც საჭიროა ქვევრისათვის. როგორც აღმოჩნდა აღნიშნულ ადგილას უძველესი დროიდან არსებობდა მარანი, სადაც ხდეობოდა ღვინის ქართული ტრადიციული წესით დამზადება-დამუშავება. ტერიტორიის განახლების დროს, გაწეული სამუშაობის შედეგად ნაპოვნია უძველესი ქვევრები , რომელიც დათარიღებულია 1905 წლით, ეს ფაქტი გახდა მნიშვნელოვანი საფუძველი კომპანიისთვის გაორმაგებული ენთუზიაზმით და სიყვარულით ეწარმოებინა ერთობ უნიკალური ქართული ქვევრის ღვინო და მიეღწია იმ მიზნებისთვის რაც მოიცავს ქართული ღვინის პოპულარიზაციას და ღვინის დამზადების ქართული უძველესი მეთოდების მორგებას თანამედროვე მეღვინეობისადმი, სწორედ აქედან მომდინარეობს კომპანიის დასახელება- „ტრადიციული“. კომპანია აწარმოებს მხოლოდ ორგანულ ღვინოს და ღვინის დასამუშავებლად იყენებს მხოლოდ ბუნებრივ ტრადიციულ ქართულ მეთოდებს.
In Georgia, on the oldest territory of winemaking and viticulture origin and development, in distinct place of Kakheti region Sighnaghi is a place where company “Traditsiuli”’s wine cellar was built. The history of wine cellar’s construction is related to the naturally detected important circumstances revealed during the renewal of the territory in 2011. As it turned out, on this same place, from the ancient times there was a wine cellar where the wine was produced and processed with Georgian traditional methods. Ancient Georgian clay vessels called “Qvevri”, dated back to 1905 were found there. These vessels, that are used for wine storage were renovated and placed in our cellar. This fact became important basis for the founders of the company to produce Georgian unique Qvevri wine with increased enthusiasm and love and to achieve the goals of Georgian wine popularization and adjustment of oldest methods of winemaking to the modern winemaking. This is exactly where the name of the company “Traditsiuli”(Eng. Traditional) comes from. During visual and technical renovation of the cellar, all the conditions characterising Georgian traditional cellar, were considered; even the distribution of “Qvevri”’s is in compliance with standards of Qvevri wine making process. Priority for the founders of the company was treating different varieties of grapes grown in Kakheti region with Georgian traditional methods on the territory of renovated ancient wine cellar. The company produces only organic wine. The aim of the company is to make the ancient Qvevri wine recognizable in Georgia, as well as abroad and acquire important place in wine industry as having distinct, unique, and traditional wine.
