შპს დელფუდის სურსათის უვნებლობის სისტემამ საერთაშორისო გამოცდა წარმატებით ჩააბარა! ✅
ISO 22000-ში სერტიფიცირებული კიდევ ერთი ქართული კომპანია 🍢👩🍳👨🍳
SDC ჯგუფის მორიგი შედეგიანი პროექტი 🎀🎀

SDC ჯგუფმა საკვები პროდუქტების საწარმო „დელფუდში“ სურსათის უვნებლობის სისტემის დანერგვაზე მუშაობა დაასრულა. საერთაშორისო სტანდარტის ISO 22000:2005 მოთხოვნებზე დაფუძნებული უვნებლობის სისტემა კომპანიის სასურსათო ჯაჭვში 7 თვის განმავლობაში ინერგებოდა. SDC ჯგუფის სპეციალისტების გარდა პროექტში აქტიურად იყვნენ ჩართული შპს დელფუდის მაღალკვალიფიციური ტექნოლოგები.

პროექტის ფარგლებში საფუძვლიანად მოწესრიგდა და თანამედროვე სტანდარტებთან შესაბამისობაში მოვიდა შპს დელფუდის საწარმოო დარბაზის ინფრასტრუქტურა, უახლესი ინსტრუმენტებით აღიჭურვა საწარმოო ციკლი, დაინერგა საფერთხეების ანალიზისა და კრიტიკული საკონტროლო წერტილების მართვის გეგმა - HACCP.

პროექტის დასკვნით ეტაპზე დანერგილი სურსათის უვნებლობის სისტემა მხარეების მოწვევით საერთაშორისო მასერტიფიცირებელი ჰოლდინგის TUV Nord-ის აუდიტორებმა შეამოწმეს. ინსპექტირებამ წარმატებით ჩაიარა და აუდიტორთა დადებითი შეფასებით დასრულდა, რის საფუძველზეც გაიცა ISO 22000:2005-თან შესაბამისობის 3-წლიანი სერტიფიკატი.
