Upon arrival in Tbilisi, the guests enjoyed a private walking tour of the city, exploring its historic streets, architecture, and atmosphere before continuing their journey north

🏔 Kazbegi Adventure via Georgian Military Highway
The route continued through Ananuri and Gudauri along the Georgian Military Highway, leading to a stay at the iconic Rooms Hotel Kazbegi

However, during their stay in Kazbegi, weather conditions significantly worsened. Heavy snowfall caused temporary road closure, and the cable car in Kobi was also shut down due to strong winds

🚧 Real-Time Coordination in Extreme Weather
Thanks to the rapid response of our guide and driver, we identified a narrow operational window when access became partially available. Our guide organized an alternative vehicle with a dedicated driver to reach the accessible section of the road, where our main driver was already waiting to continue the transfer

Through precise coordination and constant communication between our concierge manager, guide, and driver, we successfully ensured the guests’ timely departure from Kazbegi. The situation had no impact on the overall itinerary or planned experiences
