🏅2025 წლის 26 თებერვალს დიდ ბრიტანეთში გამოცხადდაკონკურსის “The World’s Best Sommeliers’ Selection 2025”შედეგები!

🍷🇬🇪ორი ქართული ღვინო, KHIKHVI QVEVRI IBERIULI 2022და SALOME 2017, წარმოებული “მეღვინეობა შუმის” მიერ, მოხვდა “The World’s Best Sommeliers’ Selection 2025” - ისსიაში!

ჟიურის შემადგენლობაში შევიდნენ სომელიები ოთხიკონტინენტის 18 ქვეყნიდან, რომლებიც წარმოადგენენმსოფლიოს საუკეთესო რესტორნებს (The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024).
ჟიურის თავმჯდომარეობდა ჩრდილოეთამერიკის 2024 წლის საუკეთესო რესტორნის, Atomix-ის(ნიუ-იორკი), ცნობილი სომელიე - Jhonel Faelnar.

🏅On February 26, 2025, the results of The World’s Best Sommeliers’ Selection 2025 were announced in the UK!

🍷🇬🇪Two Georgian wines KHIKHVI QVEVRI IBERIULI 2022 and SALOME 2017
from SHUMI Winery, were included in the list of The World’s Best Sommeliers’ Selection 2025!

The tasting commission consisted of top sommeliers and beverage directors from across the globe, from four continents and 18 countries, from the most prestigious venues in the world, featured on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024 list.
Jhonel Faelnar,whose New York restaurant, Atomix, was named The Best Restaurant in North America as part of The World’s 50 Best Restaurants 2024, presided over the selection process.

🍷🧊 BARBALE - the world’s first and only icewine produced in Qvevri, 102 rare grape varieties from the SHUMI Ampelographic Collection are used to prepare this unique drink.

🍇The grapes for Ice Wine Barbale are harvested only in winter, when the berries reach their natural freezing point. This process preserves their unique sweetness and concentrated flavour.

ეს ექსკლუზიური ბრენდი ჩასხმულია ფაიფურის უნიკალურ ჭურჭელში, რომელსაც გრიფონის ფორმა აქვს და წარმოადგენს ხელთნაკეთ ხელოვნების ნიმუშს, შექმნილს ცნობილი ქართველი მოქანდაკის, მერაბ მერაბიშვილის მიერ და დამშვენებულს ოქროს დეტალებით.

🍫ბრენდს ახასიათებს ძველი ოქროს ფერი მუქი ქარვისფერი ელფერით, ვანილის, ყავის, სანელებლების, თხილის, ძვირფასი სიგარის მდიდარი
ბუკეტი, იდეალურად შერწყმული მწიფე ქლიავისა და მუხის მერქნის
ტონებთან. აქვს საოცრად ჰარმონიული და ხავერდოვანი, ინტენსიური
გემო, ვანილისა და შავი შოკოლადის ხანგრძლივი, პიკანტური დაბოლოებით.

This exclusive brandy is poured into a unique porcelain vessel, which has the shape of a Griffin and represents a handmade work of art created by the famous georgian sculptor
Merab Merabishvili and decorated with gold details.

🍫The brandy is characterized by an old gold color with a dark amber tint, a rich bouquet of vanilla, coffee, spices, nuts, and precious ci**rs, perfectly combined with tones of ripe plum and oak wood. It has perfect harmony and a velvety, intense taste with a long, spicy aftertaste of vanilla and dark chocolate.
