Redwood Compliance (Guernsey) Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Compliance to join our growing team.

This is a senior, client facing role for a confident compliance professional who enjoys combining technical expertise with leadership and commercial awareness. You will work with a diverse client base and play a key role in the ongoing development of Redwood’s compliance work in Guernsey.

Key responsibilities will include holding named roles (MLRO, MLCO, NO & CO) for a diverse client portfolio, delivering high-quality regulatory advice, support regulatory visits, and maintain effective communication with regulators alongside conducting in-depth reviews, and providing comprehensive training and support. You will also lead, mentor, and develop members of the Compliance team whilst contributing to business development and cross-selling initiatives.

Ideal candidates will possess extensive senior-level compliance experience, coupled with a thorough understanding of Guernsey’s regulatory landscape. Have held named roles and hold a recognised professional qualification, such as ICA, or equivalent expertise gained through experience, is essential. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate proven leadership abilities, sound judgement, and outstanding client relationship skills.
