We have some exciting news!

We have partnered with PayPulse to bring always-on salary benchmarking to Guernsey employers.

Pay questions come up in almost every conversation we have. “What should this role pay?” “Are we behind the market?” “How do we explain this band to someone who is asking for more?” Until now, the honest answer often depended on data that was already months out of date.

PayPulse changes that. It gives a current read of local pay, updated continuously rather than once a year, so decisions rest on evidence instead of guesswork.

We will be working closely with the PayPulse team, and we are the people to talk to about it here in Guernsey.

Permanent | Part-time (25–30 hours per week)

Redwood is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to support the Group’s finance function across multiple jurisdictions.

Reporting to the Senior Accountant, this hands-on role is responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, billing, invoicing and supporting month-end processes, ensuring accurate and well-controlled financial records.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Proven bookkeeping or finance administration experience
• Strong understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
• Experience using accounting software (e.g. Xero or similar)
• High attention to detail and a professional, discreet approach
