Kim is also an ADR Group Accredited Workplace Mediator. That’s where Offshore HR Specialists Limited can really make a difference.

Offshore HR Specialists Limited was formed in January 2021 to offer a trusted and reliable Human Resources service to small, medium and large businesses across the island of Guernsey. Not all organisations will have their own HR department, as it just doesn’t always make sense to have a full-time resource. We specialise in outsourced HR solutions and consultancy and have packages to suit all sizes of business, in any industry sector. Director Kim Reece-Sheerin has over twenty years’ experience in HR, up to senior management level. She has significant experience in the finance industry as well as in the third sector and has been working with clients in various other industries. Kim is highly experienced in all things Human Resources and offers a reliable and pro-active service to clients. Offering an open and collaborative approach, Kim can help with anything and everything that concerns people in an organisation. This could be writing policies, procedures, recruitment, employee relations, disputes & resolutions, HR health checks and HR consulting. Whether your preference is to outsource your HR or to have Kim on site, Offshore HR Specialists Limited has the flexibility to provide the HR solution that best suits your business.
