A little something for red and sparkling w**e lovers in this second part of our Autumn update.

This area of the vineyard has Pinot Noir vines, some of which will go on to produce grapes for still red w**e and some of which will be used for sparkling Blanc de Noirs. The growth here is lovely and even which is very promising.

As explained in the previous video, our vines aren't really ready to produce many grapes yet and these bunches won't have been on the vine long enough to fully ripen, but it is tantalising to see them start the process of veraison (turning colour).

Jonathan recently had the exciting opportunity to work in an English w**ery during harvest this year. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the process and he was warmly welcomed into the English w**emaking community.

A bit like all of us, sometimes the vines need a little helping hand to make sure they are thriving rather than just surviving.

Tom and Andrew patiently tend the second year Pinot Noir. Tying in new summer growth at the top and removing unwanted growth from the base of the plant.

All of this is done by hand, plant by plant. 🙌
