Dear GokuMarketeers,
We recently experienced a 10x growth in our traffic, registrations and trading volume, which resulted in our servers getting overloaded and in need of immediate upgrade. These are growing pains that are sometimes hard to time and we are always on the alert to resolve anything that comes our way.
To prevent major issues from continuing to occur we have now set up and migrated to brand new servers, which took us longer than expected, but are now prepared to scale up as we continue to grow onwards and upwards together.
The initial migration and upgrade has been completed and the team is now working overtime to ensure we get back to the same smooth user experience with an even better server performance than before. There was a delay in rewards and some other functionalities, but the rewards have now been caught up on the new servers and are fully processed.
Our support team is naturally overloaded at this time and we should expect delays in response times both on live chat and via email. They are tirelessly working around the clock, doing their best to communicate and resolve any issues as fast as possible. Let us all be supportive, understanding, and patient and soon this will be in the rearview mirror as we continue on our journey of success!
