Our official date for our 1 month free tuition in cakes and pastries is 12th June to 8th July, 2023 at madina new road. We will provide students with tools and equipment throughout the training and trainees are to buy their own ingredients for practicals. Registration fee of gh200 ( which covers certificate, gas usage, electricity and other amenities for the trainees comfort). Aside the Reg, tuition is free and there are no hidden charges.
Course outline
Week 1:Learn 5 fried and 5 baked pastries.
Week 2: Piping techniques. Baking of madeira cake and cupcakes as well as buttercream frosting.
Week 3: Baking of chocolate, red velvet and sponge vanilla cakes. Whipped cream frosting.
Week 4: Introduction to fondant making.
Baking of pound cake and using fondant to cover a 2 tiered character cake design. Certificates will be issued to each participants at the end of the course.
Continuous mentorship after training.

Important information to note are as follows:
We will supply participants with tools and equipment throughout the training. Students are supposed to buy their own ingredients for practicals and send their works home.
Registration fee of GH200 will cater for certificate, gas usage, electricity and other amenities for the trainees comfort.
Tuition fee is free and no hidden charges to be paid apart from the registration to reserve a seat.
Registration ends on may ending and training starts on 1st week in June to ending of June
