CareMate Home Services in an aged care service provider that is committed to providing the highest quality in aged care in Ghana.We aim to assist individuals to lead lives of optimal quality, comfort and independence within their own homes.

We require a dedicated and conscientious care assistant to join our friendly team . We’re seeking a caring and compassionate individual who enjoys interacting with the elderly and assisting them with their daily living activities. Candidates must be warm and friendly, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing our seniors with high quality care and support. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, well-organized and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Proven experience in working with the elderly in either a paid or voluntary capacity, is desirable for this role.

Roles and Responsibilities of the position include:
Assisting and accompanying aged and disabled persons during daily activities.
Assisting clients with their mobility
Performing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, laundry and cleaning
Preparing food for clients
Assisting in personal hygiene and dressing
Accompanying clients to medical appointments
Arranging social activities
Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
Doing shopping and running errands.

Desirable:
Proven experience in working with the elderly, 2+ years relevant experience and first aid certificate(optional)
