Each apartment has the following;

Four bedrooms that is two normal bedrooms and a master bedroom on the first floor and a guest bedroom on the ground floor.

Each master bedroom has a water heating system installed.

Each bedroom has its own washroom that is a toilet and bath.

Each apartment has two halls that is ground floor and first floor.

Each apartment has two poly tanks with each having its own water filtering system.

Each apartment has its own garage.

The entire house has a borehole with connects to the poly tanks.

The house has a big parking space which can host eight salon cars but four buses.

Each apartment has been designed considering your security in mind.

Each apartment has a balcony.

Each room in the apartment has fans installed.

All windows in each apartment have sliding windows including burglar proofs.

PAYMENTS

Cost of renting the apartment is GHc 1,500.00 or one thousand five hundred ghana cedis per month for a minimum of 6 months.

A tenant will be required to make a deposit of GHc 1,500.00 for 6 months which can be paid per month per the tenancy agreement both parties will sign to.

A tenant will also be required to make a refundable security deposit of GHc 1,500.00 in cash for 3 months before the six months payment plan. This will be a renovation guarantee in case the need arises. Please note that with this security deposit, both parties will agree on the way forward.
