Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive business growth strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Identify target markets, industries, or segments for expansion and create strategies to pe*****te those markets.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital marketing efforts.
Establish and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, strategic partners, and industry influencers. Conduct meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business partnerships and contracts.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in a similar industry or market.
3. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
5. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities, analyze complex situations, and develop effective solutions.
