What A Lazy Man's Approach: I'm Disappointed
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Baning of this vehicle in general for commercial businesses in Ghana is a lazy Man's approach by the National Roads Authority. (NRA) And any other authorities involved.
There are far more better, luxurious, Comfort, fast or smart move cars in the commercial transport industry than this, why are those ones not engaging in frequent accidents, why? Do you remember the History of Ford cars in this same brouhaha, do you?
It's not about the cars, they don't drive themselves, it's about the operators of the machine, they are the problem and not the machine. An idiot wouldn't mind speeding up to the limit of the vehicle because it's too comfortable for the business, how is it the fault of the car.
Whether private or commercial, if the handlers are bunch of idiots, this same problem would occur. You don't need to travel to Japan to solve such a problem, it's a waste of state resources. There are lots of cars which have been converted for commercial businesses which wasn't built for such purposes but they are still surviving. Let's us be careful as authorities, the kind of lazy Man's approach we give to critical issues of importance that requires a thorough brainstorming solutions and not funfair solutions.
Leave the cars alone, Ghana is a free country with equal opportunities for all. This cars haven't done anything wrong to deserve the commercial business ban. Deal with the drivers instead. Ghana Police Service should make the drivers of such cars their priority on the road, if there are a million cars, stop only those ones, interrogate the driver to see if he's of a sound mind and caution him. When those idiots, who call themselves drivers of such Vehicle realize the security's eyes or the entire national security is on them for a good driving or usage of the car on our roads, they will manage their operations modules, give time the greatest opportunity to take the center piece of their business.
Banning the vehicle is a lazy Man's approach, I repeat. Why did that of Ford stopped, what happened to that of sprinter, how about the rest? I don't own one and have no relatives with One but the right thing must be done. When every car is allowed a free passage and they are the only ones stopped, harassed and money extort from them, they will be humbled on the road.
Every car is a potential accident vehicle on the road, why only this One? Every car or most cars uses that tyres, suspension, speed but why only this and even with this, there are some which are still in comfort usage, comfort trips, older than those getting involved in accidents, why is it so? Give VIP buses to mentally disabled people and same thing will happen, will you call for a ban? Stop that unnecessary politics in the transport business, if the people love the car, let them patronize it but subject the drivers to uncomfortable situation that would open up their minds and brains during working hours.
Both private and commercial cars gets accident. It's not about the car but about the operators of the cars, politics and jealousy can't solve the problem, banning isn't the way forward, it's a lazy Man's approach. Which cars haven't had an accident on our roads before? Then we have to start using or resort to horses, foots and bicycles instead.
H.E. John Dramani Mahama , the president and the commander in chief of the Ghana armed forces must enforce the reversal of this Ban. Jobs are scarce in the country and the private sector is supporting in the transport industry, you just came out to ban it because of accident, very lazy approach.
Do you guys think we are idiots in the country? Stop the envious attitude and lazy Man's approach to solving the problem. If the passengers love it, let them go for it but let the drivers be intimidated on the road, it will sharpen their mental faculty and carefulness.
