✔ Purpose - why we exist
✔ Priorities - what we focus on
✔ Behaviours - how we show up

When these three are aligned, teams operate with confidence and cohesion. When they’re not, strategy slows down.

Clarity is a discipline. It needs to be reinforced in decisions, rituals, language and leadership practice.
