We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Managing Partner to join our team.
Job Summary
As a Managing Partner, you will play a key role in driving business growth, developing and implementing strategic plans, and leading our team of consultants. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the development of our firm's services.
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
2. Lead and manage our team of consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional client service.
3. Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proposals, tenders, and partnerships.
5. Contribute to the development of our firm's services, including new service offerings and initiatives.
6. Collaborate with other partners and teams to achieve firm-wide goals and objectives.
7. Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business goals are met.
# Qualifications and Skills
1. First degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in management consulting, business development, or a related field. Master degree will be an added advantage
3. Proven track record of driving business growth and leading high-performing teams.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
5. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
