Think about your favorite teacher from primary school.
You still remember them today.
Not because they were the smartest.
Not because they gave easy exams.
But because of how they made you feel.
Business works the same way.
When your content only talks about your products, prices and offers, people forget you.
When your content talks about their frustrations, fears, challenges and desires, people remember you.
The businesses customers can’t forget are usually the businesses that understand them best.
That’s why I keep teaching business owners to own a problem.
Because customers remember people who understand them.
